Drawing on more than a decade of global learning from the Scaling Community of Practice, Larry will share recent findings and explore their implications for the future of U.S. foreign assistance—what’s working, what isn’t, and how policymakers and practitioners can adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
Larry Cooley is Founder and President Emeritus of Management Systems International, a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution, and a Fellow of the U.S. National Academy of Public Administration. He has co-led the Scaling Community of Practice for 11 years, which now includes more than 5,000 members across 127 countries.
